Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to create high-quality products just for you. Since all items are made specifically after you order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
📦 Return Policy
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged Items: Products that arrive with printing errors, manufacturing defects, or physical damage
- Wrong Item: You received a completely different product than what you ordered
- Quality Issues: Significant quality problems that make the item unwearable/unusable
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection (unless size guide error on our part)
- Color variations (due to monitor/screen differences)
- Minor imperfections or subjective fit preferences
- Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Return Process & Timeline
Step 1: Contact Us First
Do NOT ship items back without authorization.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- Description of the problem
Step 2: Our Assessment
We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address (usually directly to Printify’s print provider) and instructions.
Step 3: Resolution Options
For approved returns, you may choose:
1. Replacement: Same item shipped free of charge
2. Store Credit: For the item value (excluding original shipping)
3. Refund: Issued to your original payment method (see Refund Policy below)
We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order for a different item/size.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Issued:
- Approved damaged/defective items
- Items lost in transit that cannot be resent
- Orders canceled before production begins
Refund Amounts:
- Defective/Damaged Items: Full item price + original shipping cost
- Incorrect Items: Full item price + return shipping reimbursement
- Store Credit Requests: Item value only (no shipping)
Refund Processing Time:
- Approval Time: 2-3 business days after we receive your request
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after return is received and inspected
- Bank/Card Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs for original delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Face masks
- Customized/personalized products
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
Return Shipping Costs

We’ll provide a prepaid return label when we cover shipping costs.
🌍 International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Any customs/duties fees for returning the item
- Ensuring the package is properly declared for customs
❓ What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Immediately:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
2. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
3. Do not discard the item or packaging
We’ll work with the vendors to resolve the issue quickly, usually by sending a free replacement.
⏰ Important Timelines
- Return Request Deadline: 7 days after delivery
- Return Shipment Deadline: 14 days after approval
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors/household members
2. Contact your local post office
3. File a claim with the carrier
4. Contact us if unresolved after 7 days
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Store Credit Option
Prefer not to wait for a refund? Request store credit for faster resolution. Store credit:
- Is issued immediately upon return approval
- Never expires
- Can be used on any product
- Is emailed as a unique discount code
