Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Cozy Mode, we move away from traditional mass-production. Every item in our collection is made-to-order specifically for you. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure that every hoodie and cardigan meets our quality standards before it reaches your door.

1. Production & Shipping Timelines

Because your items are crafted individually, the delivery process is split into two phases:

  1. Production Phase: It takes 1–7 business days to print and quality-check your items.

  2. Shipping Phase: Once your order leaves our workshop, estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • USA: 3–7 business days.

    • International: 7–20 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their Cozy Mode package within 7–25 business days of the order date.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey.

Note: If you ordered multiple different items (e.g., a "Samurai Hoodie" and a "Sunflower Hoodie"), they may be crafted in different locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive tracking for each.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Your exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

4. International Customs & Duties

For our international community: please note that your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives with a print defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to find your package or arrange a solution.
